Living Arrows 8/52

February 20, 2017

I knew as soon as I took this photo that it would be my Living Arrows choice this week. It’s just so cute!

This week has been half term so we took the opportunity with hubby being off work to finally make the move of putting Little M in her own room to sleep.

It’s not been the most amazing transition as poor M has developed a very snotty cold this week (I assume it’s a cold but I guess it could just as well be yet more teething) which has accounted for her poor sleep. I’m hoping it improves as hubby is back to work tomorrow and I don’t cope well on broken sleep!

To be honest, I found that putting her in her own room has tugged far less on the old heartstrings than I though it might; Little M is just across the landing and I find I’m less obsessed with checking on her than I was when she was sleeping right next to me in her Snüzpod, so that’s positive!

It’s just the next step in her growing up, which I’m more excited than sad about.

She looks so happy in her cot! Her sleeping bag is really cute too! We made the transition a few weeks ago too! It definitely took some getting used to haha! xx

Broken sleep is always hard, hope you get some nice lengthy nights of rest soon #LivingArrows

Aw she is adorable with her teddy. My little lady is going to bed with 4 teddies lately. And she insists on them. It’s hilarious. #livingarrows

Oh bless. M doesn’t sleep with the teddy but I give it her to play with when I need to wash my hands after changing her. It keeps her occupied in her cot while I’m away.

  4. There’s nothing worse than broken sleep. Hope it improves soon!
